Complete fit-out of existing ground floor property as local employment office, including public areas, interview rooms and administration offices.
The brief was to transform a poorly arranged and composed semi-industrial building into a large high street retail unit together with elevationary improvements to give the building ‘presence and interest’. Along with internal adjustments, a new entrance block was added along with a number of other elevationary modifications. A new steel and glass stairwell was also incorporated centrally into the main retail space.

The construction of a new 2 storey office block for use as an Insurrance Office and Commercial bank. The building is designed and constructed to be ecologically friendly with high spec insulation, solar panels etc.
Strip out of existing building, demolitions to ground & first floors and complete fit-out of retail units. All of this work was carried out within the confines of a busy shopping centre.
